Gifts for Shower Givers..

2 part question:

Ok- my shower is being given my mom and my aunt.. now FMIL wants in..

First part:
I know I am definitely getting a gift for my aunt-- need help with something there- any ideas?? Background- my aunt lives in LA, is like my only other close relative (besides her husband and son) who are alive-- we are a very small family. She just got word that she is cancer free (makes me soooo happy)- and still is recouperating from a year of chemo.. I am thinking relaxation, a really nice bottle of wine now that she can drink-- I don't know..

Second Part:
Do I need to get my mom and FMIL an additional gift? I plan on giving nice parent gifts- and I also got them these kimono robes that I also got the BMs- and I plan on giving them special MOB & MOG kits..

Maybe you can get your aunt a g/c for a spa or something like that. As for your Mom and FMIL I woudn't think that you'd have to get them something else...

My Mom and sisters threw my shower. I didn't give them gifts in return just a heartfelt thank you notes.

I don't think gifts for the moms are needed...they are doing it becasue they want to...it's kind of their gift to you IMO so a thank you note is what is needed...for your aunt...soemthing wonderful to celebrate her life...whatdoes she really like...or like to do????

Maybe a private day with you...doing something you both enjoy and a framed picture of the two of you on that day? or the day or your wedding?
