Gifts for the Mommy-to-Be

My best friend is pregnant with her first child, due in June. Unfortunately, she's moving to Arkansas in April and it will make it difficult for me to be there to help her out, obviously. I want to be able to do something for HER, either while she's pregnant or after the baby is born. She'll get tons of stuff for the baby, so in addition to a gift for the baby, I really want to do something for her.

So here is my question for you mommies and mommies-to-be...what is the one thing you would have LOVED to have, both during and after your pregnancy, that you either wouldn't have purchased or done for yourself or wished that someone had thought of for you?

Thanks, Stacey. I was actually thinking of that. Do you know of any places, maybe in the city since she lives in Brooklyn and works in the city, that caters to pregnant women? I imagine laying on the table on your stomach into your second trimester is not the most comfortable thing.
