Gifts for your BP?

Hey girls,

I'm wondering what's the normal amount of money to spend on your Bridesmaids gifts.

I was thinking about getting each of the girls either a ring, earings or a necklace from this site. They are all made from real flowers! and then they can wear it with their dresses (just the 'rose' line):

And then i thought it would be cute to get them all a pair of the glittery TOMS shoes. They can change into them once the dancing starts at the reception! they are also pretty and and for a good cause!:

The issue is thats like $100 each and i have 7 girls! is that crazy or just the norm?

I was once in this girls bridal party and all she gave us were these awful giant cheap earings that she wanted us to wear at the wedding. by the end of the wedding all of our ears were swollen because they were so heavy! haha

im planning on $100 for the bm and then more for the moh, but i have a feeling after i get everything its going to be over budget!! This is what im thinking so far in a personalized tote bag:

sweats for the day of
slippers for day of
shawl for day of
makeup bag from coach
doj or nice necklack

I plan on spending a lot of money on my girls, but I only have 4 of them and they're all really good friends.

FSIL's husband just walked out on her this week (they have a lot of drama and I think he'll be back but still....) and so I know even though she wanted to be in the BP she's going to flip out over costs so FH and I just budgeted her plane tickets in as well, soo thats a bit more then I expected to be paying!

Wow! I love the head pieces from the first website you mentioned, and I think it is sweet that Tom gives a pair away to charity for each one you buy of the shoes!

So, I have 10 girls in my party (crazy, I know...) but I plan on spending $50 each. I wish I could spend more but I can't afford it.

Still deciding what to get them, probably jewelery.

Isabella, I was gonna send you the link because they have peacocks!

I make jewelry so I'm making all my girls necklaces to wear that day.

I also want to get them all hoodies and I'll probably think of a couple of other things. My limit is 50 on the bm's and 100 on the MOH.

I'm going to have 6 or 7 adults...two teenagers, two preteens and 2 FGs. I have no idea what I'm going to be able to afford for this army. I have ideas of what I can do but for this many...I'm so scared budget-wise!

BUt they all stalk me because they are all on LIW so I can't even tell you my possible ideas!

Unfortunately it is going to be expensive!! UKK. What I am doing is paying for their mani/pedis. I know my money is being put to great use and I know I am saving them money. I feel better about it that way :)
