Gifts from registry

Gifts from registry

I had my shower a month ago. It was amazing. I actually got the Dyson from a bunch of people so that was one huge gift instead of a bunch of others. My question is, did anyone recieve gifts from their registry AFTER the shower? I am trying to decide if I should go get myself some things I need that I didn't get.

People may get you things from your registry as wedding gifts. I would hold off on buying things yourself if you can!

I did. I got a couple of 'floating' gifts. Then I started to get wedding gifts off of the registry. I'd wait.

I would wait until after the wedding. You might get gift cards for the wedding, people might buy you gifts off your registry, etc.

Only if stuff is being discontinued.... there was some great stuff I wanted from Crate & Barrel and now its no longer available. Kinda wish I just went and got it.
