I just wanted to show you these vases I saw tonight at The Christmas Tree Store at the Tanger in Deer Park. They're $4.99 and REALLY nice! They had about 10-12.
oooooh here i am!!!! lol damn, i feel so special lately with everyone thinkin about me those are really adorable!!! do you think they are fancy enoug for a wedding?... i'll pass the info onto mom and see what she thinks...
my new idea was to get these and put 1 on the left and right (i would match up the diff heights) of the birdhouses that are causing me so much stress....
ETA: and decorate the plain glass by wrapping some rafia around it or adding small shells to it somewhere

personally, thats the only one ive ever been to so i thought it was awesome but others have said it wasnt so great... i wouldnt go by my opinion LOL

Hey girl!!! I definitely think they can be incorporated somewhere...I really like the color that they add to the theme. I was thinking, maybe as a CH decoration? I don't know how the SC is set up, but do they have tables you could use them for? I would sit them on top of a small bed of sand and have some loose shells and starfish sprinked around the sand. Also put a tea light or votive in the vase if you're allowed, if not theres the battery tea lights that give the same effect. It make s it glow nicely. You could also put a little sand in the vase and stick some shorter reeds and branches in there like flowers.

Omg... i didnt even think about the CH!!! What a wonderdful idea! I too like the color! And i never thought to ask the hall about the candle issue... never knew about battery operated either... damn, lemme pull myself up from under this rock....
