Giorgio Girls

Did anyone recieve the email from George Jr. regarding the Hilton Garden Inn. I've been dying to know, however, I've only received the email to like them on FB.

If someone knows, please FM me!

i bet you it's about shuttle transportation... from what i remember correctly, they didn't provide shuttles to and from the reception. Think that's it?

it's about shuttle transport....

After 10 rooms booked -they provide 2 roundtrip shuttle transfers for free. Then if you want additional round trip transfers, they will be 175.

I'm booked at the Holiday Inn - the rates were cheaper, and I'm sure most of my guests will be driving - Since most will be going home after the wedding.

I'm going out there next month to look at both hotels but most likely going with Holiday Inn...because of pricing, shuttles and customer service oh and they have suites

i know that they are also working to get the shuttle price down even more.

I did my tasting last month because I wasn't sure when I would be back in the country. I don't know if it really helped us pick out what we were going to choose, but everything was delicious!

They give you their two most popular appetizers to split, and then you both get some of their 3 top entrees, and then for dessert some stuff from the VH.

They have been having issues with Outlook and their server. I would suggest calling Jr or Dawn and telling them because they are unsure who has and has not received the e-mail.

Yup! When we booked they just put us on the calendar for the next available tasting

hmmm, wonder why they told me we can't do our tasting until closer to when i get married. are you doing another tasting closer to your date or is this it?

ah, ok.

I know that they've changed some entree options since I booked in Feb. they serve EVERYTHING at the bridal show, I had to be rolled out. I was too busy eating to pay attention to the vendors but this July I will definitely take the time to walk around.

Ohhh I'm def. going this july - right before my wedding.... sounds like a fun night to me - anyone have a date/ of the showcase??

I'll have to figure out when I can come and and set my menu - since I'm currently obsessed with a DIY menu.

I'm doing a tasting in May. Like Heather, though, I live out of the country and don't know if I'll be around for one closer to the wedding. As far as I understand, they have one scheduled per month and you can call/email Dawn to make a reservation. I don't THINK it's limited to just one tasting. But, since the menu changes on occasion, it might make more sense to wait until closer.

yea, pretty sure it's the last wed/thurs of each month... call dawn!
