I dont know the lowest rate -- it will depend on the time of year, day of week and time of day. Winter months will be the cheapest.

I dont have any cons...but here are the pros:

- You work directly with the owners. This is a MAJOR plus in my book. They truly care about your experience and the reputation of the venue

- One wedding at a time-- the focus is on you

- The food is amazing. So much better than most wedding food

- You get a 1 1/2 hour cocktail hour. Soo much food!

- The entrance is brand new and beautiful. They also have a brand new gazebo area that is amazing

- The location is beautiful -- golf course on one side and beach on the other

- it's off the beatn path -- not on a main road -- very quiet and secluded

- The Holiday Inn and Best Western shuttle your guests for free

So many more reasons. FM me if you want more info

I agree with everything with the above poster! I love that its elegant, but not over the top. Beautiful garden area and views.

As for the price, I think it depend on your minimum. We were quoted something higher and went I brought the minimum guarantee up, they lowered the price for me. Nothing astronomical, but they did lower it.

I agree with all tho's pro's ....

The ONLY con's that I have is how tucked away it is, difficult to find and parking ...

Its takes the valets a long time to get the car's back ... but I will have a pretzel guy outside giving out grilled pretzels, I hope that distracts my guests from the long wait!

If you have any questions let me know... I am always up for a Giorgio's talk!!
