I have always pictured my wedding having tall centerpieces. But after meeting with a florist, I realized what I was thinking might be 'too much' for the room. The decor is already pretty ornate with chandeliers etc. Just wondering if other Giorgio's brides are using high or low centerprices. Also...which florist are you using?

I was thinking the same thing... I have an idea for low cp's that I think I am going to use, it will probably save a lot of $$ and honestly I don't think you need high ones with all the chandeliers.

Low are definately less. I was picking $250-$275 high ones. Low should be 1/2 that price. Have you booked your florist? Who have you visisted with? I HATE shopping around...so would love feedback to narrow down who I visit.

I am definately having low cps for that reason I don't want the eye to be drawn up so high and at an awkward spot...
I am using candleabras with a wreath of flowers at the base, would love to use Malkmes in Port Jeff but checking out two others on Sat just in case... was not impressed with Burtons

Thanks. Several people have recommended them b/c they are so inexpensive...but i am super picky when it comes to this wedding. I love Sugar Magnolia, but just want to do my homework before making a final decision...so Fh doesnt strangle me when he hears the price. : )

I am using Malkames in port jeffereson, and we are doing low centerpieces. We thought the room is very decorative as well, especially with those windows, so we choose to do low as well. I am having a little height in that I am having some birch branches shoot out. We are doing a hurricane candle, with roses all around the bottom, with some pine cones, and birch branches.
