when did you go for your menu selection-its about a month until my wedding and i havent heard anything from them.

Call Dawn, she's great. My menu appointment is August 2nd. Then she said I will have another appt. the week of to deliver everything and give final payment.

It is pretty close. I think she said the appt would last about an hour. You pick your menu, cake and linens. If you have any other special things let them know (for instance we are doing a candy table). They'll give you a packet with seating etc that you'll have to bring back for your final meeting the week of. That menu is amazing, I can't wait to pick all of our food. If you could let me know what the cake situation is that would be awesome, just so I have an idea going in. Good luck!

is giorgios letting you bring in all of the candy? or do you have to do everything through them? As far as the cake, I think I might do an upgrade from one of their vendors

I'm bringing my own, I wasn't told I couldn't. They just have to know to set up the table and where. Oh okay re the cake.
