perfect! i'm totally flexible on the dates for the brunch so even if we go later in the year or you want to keep the 31st. is everyone going to the showcase on the 14th? alex - i know you're answer :)

*UPDATE* we can't do the 7th, they have a brunch wedding that's taking up the whole place.

8-12 ppl per table.... but i think it's more 10 - 12
Now if you have 150 guests - it's no more than 15 tables INCLUDING yours
175 guests - 18 including yours
200 guests - 20 including yours
more than 250 - whole different story.
