So this is probably premature, but I'm getting all these ideas! Booked last Saturday, so excited.
1. Do they allow you to bring in an outside piano player for CH, or do you have to use 'theirs'? (My old piano teacher would probably do it for much cheaper)
2. I wanted to make little votives with fall leaves on them that I saw in a magazine, for the tables for CH. I don't really like the little lamps they had on them, probably the only thing I didn't like about the place lol. I will probably have 150-175 ppl. Does anyone know how many tables there would be in the cocktail room, so I know about how many I would have to make?
Thanks!! I will probably have a lot more questions down the road, lol.

Re: Giorgio's brides... CH question
thanks! yea I def will... I called them twice already with questions I forgot to ask hahah. Don't want to be too annoying...yet anyways haha.
I'm so excited too! My dad is good friends with George Sr's nephew so he gave us a good price, and just stepping in there, we pretty much booked on the spot! But I am not worried, I've only heard wonderful things about them.
We are going for a dinner tasting in June, and then the bridal expo thing in July!! Can't wait!!

Kristen already gave you your answers. I just wanted to say congrats fellow Giorgio's bride!
PS: Speaking of the piano, can we pose for pics laying ON it?

that would be a great picture! I wanted to get some nice frames of us or something and put them on the piano.

I actually used to work a Giorgio's. Love that place. You will have a beautiful wedding. I think they have about 15 tables in their cocktail hour area. I am sure they would have no problem with you asking them to remove the lanterns and DIY your votives. Sounds lovely to me! Let me know what they say about the number of tables, I think 15 is about right.
