Re: Giorgio's Brides Question
Did Giorgio's give you a timeline to follow?
I know that there are a lot of details that we need to follow up with them on, such as the cake and finalizing dishes and such. But we're getting married in November of this year. I know that it's too early to call and ask about these things. But, then again I really don't want to miss or overlook something.

I think it's not until about 2 weeks before, when you finalize your menu and stuff.

Re: Giorgio's Brides Question
Giorgio's will get in touch with you when it's time. I had my daughters wedding there. Roughly a few weeks before the wedding.

Re: Giorgio's Brides Question
I'm getting married in June and they haven't called yet about finalizing our entrees. But, I think you can call La Bonne Boulangerie at any time to do a tasting. We're hoping that we like the 'included' cakes but a few Giorgio's brides have said that they did the added up-charge for other flavors, etc.

Re: Giorgio's Brides Question
We got out cake about one month before, because our date was so close to Christmas and New Years. We went to the bakery ourselves because we knew were getting an updated cake (so worth it). If you aren't getting an updated cake you can just pick out the cake when you finalize your menu which is about 2 weeks prior to your date.
BTW our cake was absolutely amazing, people are still raving about it. Pics are in my album.
