I use the Philosophy acne kit...it works to a degree, but I build up tolerances really fast, so really now all it does is keep it at bay. When I stress though, forget it. Lots of water helps too though.

Try to get a sample at Saks. If not..... Ebay has the .25oz bottle for $25.00.

Its worth it!

I got my first microdermabrasion last week. I'm swiching back to chemical peels. I have combo skin so the extreme exfoliation doesn't really work for me.

Glycolic peels!!!

I use a couple of different things. First I was using neutrogena daily face scrub. It has the microbeads in it to exfoliate. Then I would use the neutrogena face mask. It was working for a while but then it stopped. So I started going all natural and am using the tea tree face wash and tea tree face pads. This is working great for me so far. I started seeing a difference right away. But beware if anyone wants to try it, please make sure you get the tea tree pads because they are diluted. Pure tea tree oil will burn your face off. Lol. I learned the hard way.lol.

FYI: I drive by this place every morning. It's called the Cosmetic Market. It looks like a huge store. They sell cosmetics and a lot of facial cleansers, basically beauty stuff (name brands) at discounted prices. I have not been there yet but I did call today. They do not sell MAC but he said they carry a lot of the different brands. It's on 37th street btw 5th and madison. I will probably go by there today on lunch so I'll keep you ladies posted for those who are interested. The only thing is, I don't wear makeup so I really wouldn't know what price is good but I'll jot down some prices and then you guys can determine if it's good or not.

I just started getting facials at my dermatologist office. She recommended that I go every 6 weeks. She even gave me some samples of a mask and scrub I used 2-3 times a week.

I also use a daily moisturizer by Janssen called Pure Secrets. I can wear it everyday under make up and I dont get oily like I do with most lotions. The lotion is kinda expensive but worth it!

I used Clinique type 4 soap, type 4 toner, and oily skin moisturizer. Every night, I put proactive cream on my T-Zone, nothing on my cheeks. I also put eye cream on and cream on my laugh lines- both courtesy of Lancome. I figure at 27 all I can do is prevent wrinkles.

Oil absorbing sheets are a must for me during the day. I also swear by a touch of bronzer on the cheeks since I am SO pale. And, exfoliating once a week in the winter doesn't hurt.
