try expedia. i went to san juan PR for 5 days for $500! stayed at the wyndham.

My FH and I are spending the second week of HM in Puerto Rico and we are staying in Fijardo at the Passion Fruit Bed and Breakfast. I've heard nothing but great things. We wanted a more of a local feeling when we went there.

We're going to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. We booked on Orbitz & got a great price at the hotel that was recommended to us by the travel agent.

El Conqistador in Fajardo is an excellent place to stay, it's close to beaches and the rainforest. There are many hotels in El Condado area, area near San Juan, called Isla Verde. You have the San Juan Hotel and Casino, there's the Intercontinental, There are tons of smaller paraderos, which are B&B all throughout the island. It's all a matter of how long you plan to stay and if you plan on driving to see the sights. There's also the Hyatt in Dorado, which is not far from San Juan. DH and I are planning on going to PR next summer and I don't want to stay with relatives, just don't want to feel obligated to us in anyway, so we may book the Hyatt in Dorado...thing is they're sold out for the time we want, so we may stay at Wyndham. Hyatts are amazing!!!
