its like the very end we are now going to be short 6 people so far no bueno.

I know this isn't going to help... but I went over my minimum - so I had to pay for a bunch of extra guests.

Then I had 11 cancellations in the last 2 weeks before the wedding.

A family of 5 from Maryland. and assorted people here and there because of being sick or someone passing away..

I was able to add some last minute people - but I was still short 5 people the day of which sucks so bad since I paid for them.

So if u think u may be short now, add more people if possible, because u will always have last minute cancellations.

and hey as I said earlier, if u need a couple last minute seat fillers, Jason & I love weddings lol
