I had the worst expierence ever at Bridal Suite of Huntington. Its now 4 weeks to my wedding and I have no wedding dress. I ordered my wedding dress in October 2012 for my wedding September 2, 2013. At first I was impressed with their customer service, in the end we bought 9 dresses from there. I was so excited when they called me to tell me my dress was in and I could come for a fitting. When I went for the fitting, the owner brings me the wrong dress. At first she says that the staff puts the wrong tickets on the dresses. I started to notice the owner was a little frantic and disappearing for long periods of time. Long story short, the OWNER writes the wrong dress number on the order form. The best they could was order me another another dress that would come in 1 week before my wedding, altho there was no guarantee it would be in 1 week before, and I would need all the alterations still or I could take the sample dress that was 5 sizes too big. I was heartbroken and now hated the dress I orginally wanted. I regret every single dollar of business I ever gave to them. I cancelled my order and got my money back on the dress. Ladies, I want to save you the headache I'm still dealing with. My mother and sister unfortunately are getting their alterations done there, which they aren't even happy with. They took in way too much on my mothers dress and had a negative attitude with my sister. I can honestly say I was 100% wrong with my otehr reviews recommending them. I WOULD NEVER recomemend anyone to buy anything from there for the rest of my life. Pass along the review girls!

I totally understand your pain. My dress didn't come in until 3 weeks before my wedding then I had the whole alteration hassle. I would also never recommend my bridal salon...Paradise Bridal in Patchogue. How these people sleep at night knowing what they put brides through is beyond me. But never go there either! Where did you get a wedding dress from now?

That is horrible. They were the 1st place I visited and every dress they pulled I hated. I'm sorry hun. I hope you find in an amazing dress. Check out David's Bridal. I think there turn around is fast!
