I know you all have mortgage questions and thats what i do, so i thought i would keep you informed that rates are up today!! They are at 5.75% from 5.25% yesterday and they keep moving! Hope this is helpful and ill keep you posted to the changes.

haha... thats always the hard part! We just bought in august and even though i've been doing this for 6 years, it was still so stressful when it was my turn! dont worry, you will get through it !
they did go up then! i was thinking of refinancing; when i checked the website the other day the rate was 5.25 and today it's 5.5%!! which *****, and i tried calling the bank but was on hold for 45 minutes so i gave up.
i think the interest rate is suppose to go down some more. wait a few more months.
Yup. the government will lower them after Jan 30th! Lets keep our fingers crossed :)
Wow...I thought that due to the market they would keep going down-oh well. My refinance will need to wait.

we first locked in with 5.75% but our mtg broker called us and we re-applied and got it for 5.5%. I cannot believe the amt of money we are saving from our initial 6.25% quote a few months ago!!!! love it!!!!
