Do we have some sort of menu? I'd like to make fancy signs that will be in front of each station telling people what they are eating since most people will have no freaking clue and have never eaten vegetarian anything a day in their life.

I'm not doing buffet style but I would def. make up the signs. You can even still make a menu, listing everything as it is setup...or give them all differetn table numbers...

Yeah I think a description would be nice. Maybe either tented cardstock or in frames.

Yeah I had a friend who did veggie/indian in TEXAS. . where a lot of the groom's family believed a meal is not a meal without cow in it.. so they put signs, and even ingredients. . not like the whole list but (cauliflower, potato curry) etc. . almost like you would see on a restaurant menu. I don't know if that's necessary but it was nice. . though some were still like 'chick pea? what's a chick pea? ' but everyone loved it!

i'm having a 'cocktail style' reception... no formal sit down dinner, and everything becomes passed and we have 2 carving stations... i don't know about making signs, i would ask your RH- that's what i'm going to do!!! and i wonder if the staff will tell the guests what they are eating...
