girls doing slippers and robes...

...where are you finding them for cheap...I cant see spending $60 on all of my bridesmaids plus embroidery for something some of them may/maynot use. I have looked at every reputable website and havent seen anything I can afford...
Any ideas on where to find these things for cheaper?

Re: girls doing slippers and robes...

I ALWAYS see robes at walmart..I actually have a walmart robe for about 2 years now..perfect condition still. You can get them there and have them embroidered. Slippers you can probably get there as well..or Target or Payless.

Re: girls doing slippers and robes...

I'm going to wait until around Christmas time to buy these things when they go on sale. The slippers I plan to buy are the Totes ballerina slippers, and I want to buy them in red (color of BM dresses). So Christmas time will be perfect for me to buy them.

a slipper basket is when you have flip flops or something similar at the reception for people to change into-you get an assortment of sizes and put them in baskets

A slipper basket is for the reception. You buy about a hundred pairs of slippers or flip flops and put them in decorative baskets up by the dj or band. They're for your female guests so they don't have to stay in their heels all night or go barefoot.
