Girls getting married in the afternoon....hair/make-up question?

Are you having hairdressers/ make-up artists come to you to get ready or are you able to find a salon that will open early? Also, if you're having them come to you/open early is it a lot more expensive? I have to book hair and I'm trying to figure out who to book/where to get ready. Help!

I am getting married on a Sunday and the salon I had my hair and make-up trial is closed. However, I am going to have them come to my house and don't know if they charge extra to open the salon.
I am paying a lot according to some.

ETA: I am paying more for hair because the owner is doing it and he is coming to my house. I found that out the day of the trial, when my quote was different from my bill.

My make-up person is coming to my house. I haven't decided on the hair people yet. Since I'm getting married on a Sunday it's costing me more just to have them open the salon. It's more money for them to come to me. I'm getting my hair cut next Friday so I'll find out then the price difference.

The salons wont be open when I need to have my hair and makeup done, so I will need everyone to come to me. I have heard that salons do charge extra to open early; I guess it would depend on the salon

Is that what you wanted? Can you have someone else from the salon do your hair?

Hair stylist is coming to me... I wanted all of the girls to be able to get ready together and hang out so I didn't mind the extra $$. Plus, I'm getting my makeup done for free (FSIL is a Bobbi Brown makeup artist!!) so that's a huge savings as well.

I had to have someone come to the house for both. The salon wanted extra money to open early so that cost plus hair or makeup was more then bringing someone in.

I am using Kacey from khouloud's beauty. She is a family friend. She is a vendor on here.

I need to get hair done at 6 or so, makeup at 7:30! Both are coming to my house - and my makeup girl only comes to your house, she doesn;t have a shop so I don't think that's more ... hair, i'm going to have the owner from my regular salon do it, and she hasn't mentioned if it;s more to have her come to me, but either way, I am NOT going to the salon at 6 ...

One of my friends is a stylist/colorist in Huntington and she is coming to my mom's house to do our hair. I am still working on finding a make up person.

I am having my makeup and hair person come to my house...my bridal party will be going to a salon..by 7:00 am..i had to pay the salon to open early...It was only $50 though..i think if i remember correctly they said it was a deposit not a charge for opening early..
