I know that 6 months before the wedding the church starts to obtain baptismal/communion/confirmation info on both you and FH. Do I need to call them and just supply them the churches we had the sacraments at? Or whats the process???
I dont have to do this for another 6-8 weeks but I'm thinking ahead lol.

theyll probably want a copy of your baptism certificate if at another church. i'd just call and have that church send you a copy if you dont have it. otherwise just have them ready.
i'm going to meet with our priest tomorrow though. i will ask!

You have to call the church where you were baptised and ask them for an original certificate. The church were you were baptised is your 'official record keeper' for every sacrament.

It was so easy to get! If you got baptised/communion/confirmed in separate churches you'll probably have to get a copy of each one. If not, you should be able to just get your baptismal certificate. They note the dates/location of all of your other sacraments on the back... or they should. I called up both of our churches and I had the papers in my hand the next day. FH's church mailed it to me, but my church I picked it up from since it's so close by.

ok this is kinda weird...i am almost 100% positive that the church we are getting married in said they obtain the records themselves so theres no 'forging of documents'

if neither of you are getting married at the church you made sacraments at, you both need to call the church where you made them, and obtain certs and bring them to the church you are getting married at. You also need a letter from the church, basically saying the church gives you permission to marry in another church and also includes the banns of marriage.
we are getting married at my church, where i made all my sacraments at.. and FH had to call his church and obtain certs.... we already did this in the fall... my priest wanted everything, including pre cana a head of time...i had to call my parish, and obtain the 'free to marry' letter.
All, very simple, only a phone call is necessary and then you go pick everything up.

I don't need anything (I was baptized at the church where we're getting married) but I called FH's church and she mailed it to me 2 days later. We don't need confirmation or communion ones, only baptism.

we were told to contact the church where we were baptized, as they are the ones that get the updates (communion, confirmation, marriage, etc) so we need to get an original copy from them. Unfortunately for me... the church where I was baptized is giving me a hard time about getting the copy.

oh yeah, i went and picked up my basptism certificate and it says when i was confirmed as well

I just called the church for my FH and they are mailing it to me. Very simple. Call them and see if they will do that or you might have to pick them up.
