Our wedding ends at 5:30. We are probably going to have a few people come back to my parents or to our new apt. Not sure yet

We're trying to decide, actually. We're only booking the honeymoon this week (I know, don't get me started--this is what happens when you let the groom take care of someting) so I'm not positive when we're leaving for the honeymoon. But it looks like it's going to be very early the next morning. So we don't want to do too much that evening. It's also a Sunday, and I know people will want to go to work the next day. I did have an idea of packing a bunch of people into a limo and going into Manhattan to hang out, having some dinner, take some pictures in our wedding clothes in Times Square, then back fairly early and sleep so we can get up for the flight. OR, we might arrange an afterparty at someone's house. I like the Manhattan idea, if only because I really like the idea of wandering around Manhattan in my wedding gown!

think we are just having everyone back to the hotel..... wasnt planning on paying for everything.. just have a pay bar and maybe order some food

last year we went to our friends daytime wedding ~ the groom's parents had everyone back at the house... it was GREAT!

Ours ends are 6. At the East Wind there is a pub Desmonds that we are going to and lots of guests are stayin over nite at the Inn so we will stick around for an after party!

Wow - we are heading to Hawaii the next day out of LGA and were going to take a car to our hotel but all of this partying you all are mentioning sounds like fun! hmmmmmm

we had an after party at the hotel and it was great! gave us a chance to mingle with everyone because you don't get a chance to do so at the reception...it flies by!!!

We are going to our room at The Garden City Hotel and going to continue celebrating our first night as Mr and Mrs ALONE !!
