i am trying to think of things to put in the welcome bags at the hotel..i really cant do food because i would have to ship everything to aruba...sooooo what do i put in them that wont cost me a ton of money???? TIA!!

I am using all this for my bags in Hawaii you girls are great. Someone always answers questions that I probably will have like 1 month before the actual wedding

How about a DIY brochure of some quick helpful tips about the area. Where to go ... what to do. Things they should try like food or water activities.

lip gloss, mint, travel size shampoo/shower gel/tooth paste, activities in aruba or the hotel you're staying... interesting places they should visit.

how early will you be there? will it be too hard to shop there and get some items? you can go to the supermarket and get some local items like local beer - aloe etc
*they are huge on aloe there i must have heard that it was a laxative like 40 times while i was there! lol
my favorite thing that i ever got while on vacation was a big cheapo beachbag! i used it every day since i didnt bring one ( i just brought my purse) and i use it here at the beach!

definitely spf chap stick, maybe flip flops(i always get a couple pairs at the dollar store), leis(fake ones) coconut room spray or body lotion, coconut chocolates, mints, travel guide/map

This is what we're doing:
Water bottles with personalized lables (I found a vendor who does it really cheap... I have the info at home) Yankee Candle votive - Wedding Day scent Travel advil Long Island tourist brochure (our wedding on a Friday so if people plan to stick around thru the weekend they can find something to do--It might be a good idea to head to a travel agent and pick up brochures about the hotel to stick in the bags)
You can do travel-size sunscreen too, that would be useful.
