Sorry bon, I don't remember that one. I wasn't allowed to watch anything remotely scary as a child because I was afraid of the dark and my parents wouldn't let me sleep in their bed anymore. This was last year. kidding (sort of)

i am totally with you on this one- my fiance was a big help with this.. .when we got engaged, he added up how much i was spending at starbucks- so it came out to about $1000 a year! wow!

so once i found that out- not only was it making me fat- it was costing a small fortune- it was easy to cut down! So now i take my $4 a day and put it into a bank- we will use the money for something fun on the honeymoon or maybe a splurge for a massage before the wedding..

by the way- i am drinking a tall non-fat iced caramel mocchiato while i am writing this (but down to one a week LOL)

When I sat down and added up how much I was spending on Starbucks, I was totally floored It made me stop drinking it so often.

I look at it as a treat now and have cut down to one a week...if not every other week.

I actually really like the sugar free red bull. It's not as sweet, but you still get a nice JOLT! LOL

i dont think most people really get hyper off of it, i mean i dont get effected much, kinda more alert is more like it...but who knows it effects everyone differently

I treat myself to Starbucks on the weekends only. I used to have Venti drinks three times a week!! Now I order nothing larger than a Grande and I always get 2% milk. The nutrition facts are available on their website
