OK. So Friday afternoon, I get a call from a blocked number, and it was someone from Bridal Couture telling me that my gown is IN. Now, out of all the damn times I'm on my phone... NOW was when it decided to not have service, and the call was dropped. She didn't even call me back! I FM a bride for their number and all I get is an answering machine, and I have still not heard back from anyone. Is there an alternate number? I really need to get ahold of these people ASAP to see what the deal is since their stores are closed down. TIA!!!

well i called the number that was given to the brides out there in NY (thanks meg!) and FINALLY this lady called me back, and said that Geri isn't affiliated with them anymore, but that she wanted to help me. so she called me back 5 minutes later and gave me Geri's number and said that i 'didnt get it from her' lol. i called Geri and left her a VM earlier today, but haven't heard back. I have a feeling it was Geri, considering she's the only one who would probably have my number because i dealt with her out here in Scottsdale, and because she called me from a blocked number like she did before.
hopefully i hear back soon, because if not i can't wait any longer and need to go gown shopping.

I need help as well. They have my dress (I bought the sample size) and veil. Every week they tell me they are going to send it UPS to me and each week its a problem. I asked to come pick it up and they won't allow me too. It's already paid for. Here it is another Tuesday and I've left 4 messages but no word. Can someone help??

honey i'm in the same boat as you; sort of. no one has called me back after i left messages, so i'm still stuck without my gown... even though they said it was in. someone beat he sh!t out of me so i can wake up from this nightmare.

I received a message from them today with a UPS tracking number. Hopefully the dress will arrive soon... Then I have a couple of months to figure out where to get alterations done. I just will feel so much better when the dress is in my hand.

I received my dress yesterday thank god! The annoying thing is I kept asking if I could pick it up and they wouldn't let me. My parents got the dress and guess where it shipped from? About 5 blocks from my office so for the past month when I've been hounding these people I could have walked over in 5 minutes and picked up the dress!
