I am so sorry! If he is not treating you well now then it might be best to take break. Let him know what he missing.

This is what I used.Quitsmart

I am sorry sweetie.. I think people say a lot of hurtful things when they are mad that they don't necessarily mean. But as much as i don't like the smoking thing...there is no excuse to be treated badly.

I agree, even though the smoking thing is a problem there is no reason he has to treat you badly. I am sure it is very hard to quit. Me and DH had the same problem before we got married...he started smoking again and now stopped for good...Well I hope.

Good luck to you and if you have any question in your mind...I would follow it!!

You need these...

I applaud you for trying to quit! I know its very hard and you need a FH to be there for you. If he's yelling at you through the hard times in your life, not making things easier or supporting you, how can he take the vow seriously to love you in good times and bad????? I think you need a break to think things over and to see what else life has to offer you. You will find happiness!

I am so sorry you are going through this. At a time when you are going through something so difficult as quitting smoking (which BTW, has been compared to quitting heroin!) your FH should be supportive as possible and not berating you or making you feel worse.

Bravo On you trying to quit, and bravo for recognizing that you do not like to be treated badly by him. Let him know that this behavior is inexcusable for any reason. I learned the more you try to change someone (you quitting) the more you want to do whatever it is that needs changing. Let him know ou are hurt. Let us love ya
