How long before the wedding are you supposed to get it? We are at 33 days before the wedding and FH's X still hasnt 'found' the divorce papers.. I know some websites say you have to go less than 60 days before the wedding but it has to be more than 30 days.. please tell me we still have time....

You just have to get it 24 hours before the wedding! We got ours a few days before!

It says on the dept of health's website that a license is valid for 60 days. Although, it does say that the marriage ceremony may not take place within 24 hours from the exact time that the license was issued.
