give instructions to your catering hall about how you wanted things set up? Did you just list everything in Word or did you make a spreadsheet checklist or something else? I have a DOC that I want to give a copy to as well. I'm starting to get paranoid that my 'vision' of what the room will look like will not be executed properly...

I made a list (just in Word) and labeled boxes and talked to them...the reception halls are pros---everything was perfect!!

I handwrote a list, because my handwriting looks like type, and labeled all boxes. They were perfect! And during the CH they double checked with me, but nothing needed to be changed.
