Girls that are staying at a Hotel the night before the wedding?

I have my dad and step mom, my mom, all my BMs, and a bunch of people on FH's side staying there - I am thinking of having it catered, such with hot and cold food and have it set up in our room where we can all hang out and then go down to the indoor pool if we choose - anyone have any good recommendations for catering that would deliver in western suffolk county? TIA
