We got an email itinerary for now. We are paying our balance on Friday and he mails us the stuff we need. Most of the stuff these days are electronic so there isn't anything paper to send.
Before your trip you'll get a whole booklet with your itinerary and vouchers. He sends it in a black case to travel with and your tickets are in there too.
There is no paper contract, just the email. Once you pay your balance in full he will send you your plane tickets with itinerary. You will then set up a time him to go over your package in detail.

I have a hard time paying for something that I have absolutely NO paperwork just an email... am i crazy???

I know what you mean. He did say stuff would get mailed to us once we pay the final.
We definitely were nervous about not receiving paper info... wound up receiving the itinerary book and double checked everything. All is good! We're headed to Hawaii!
just the email itinerary but I got a package from AMEX yesterday in the mail with my tickets, etc.
