how long did the tan last and did you have to go nakey in front of the person that sprays you ?

im going tonight b/c im am uber pale and have a m/u trial on saturday (and like you, i plan on being tan for the wedding so no sense in having a make up trial when im pale) - ill probably go to the tanning salon (even though im not supposed to!) right before the wedding since its going to be december and i dont want to be pasty when i arrive in aruba for my HM otherwise i would do just the spray tan if we werent going somewhere so tropical but since it comes off right away in the ocean or pool i want a real tan - i figure i am going to be in the sun for a whole week so going to the tanning salon a few times before the vacation isnt going to do that much more damage KWIM? (im not suppose to be in the sun at all, but its my honeymoon for godsakes!) i actually might go airbrush tanning 3 days before the wedding anyway though - b/c it gives your skin such a nice glow....
ets: i am not going for that super tan look - especially in december - i just dont want to look like casper - light tans are best for wedding IMO - i hate that fake look on brides - i dont like that look on anyone unless they just came back from vacation KWIM? i like a 'glow'

umm well i am sitting here feeling so sticky!! you see immediate results-and i had him do the 'regular' color but he sprayed it 3 times so really its like medium color. ill let you know how it looks after i shower (ill shower late tonight)
did stephen spray you ? LOVE HIM
wait till tomorrow to shower, yeah it is sticky, but let the color soak in at least 12 hours!

Contrary to popular belief you can't just scrub off the spray tan. If you don't believe us - give it a try! The spray tan is attached to the upper layers of your skin and gently fades as your skin exfoliates. If you go into the shower with a grainy scrub you will have very little success removing the tan. The thing to do is to take a long soak in a tub (saunas and Jacuzzis are also great) the idea is to soften the skin and get it steamy. Then is the time to work with a scrub, wash cloth, loofah or scrubbing mitts. We recommend Brazil Bronze Glow Erazer. It is an extremely gentle glycolic body wash. Once your skin is soft from soaking in the tub, create a gentle lather with the glycolic body wash and let it sit on the skin while you gently scrub each body part. When you get out of the tub with skin warm and steamy, take a rough towel and buff the body - this will remove almost all of the spray tan. Then, just hop under the shower to rinse off.

don't be mad. I heard you're the tannest your first night and the next day and it starts to fade to a 'normal tan color' on the 2nd day. By the time of your wedding you may be loving it and even if you don't, you're tan won't show up as tan in pictures as it does in person. You'll still be a beautiful bride

i did a trial before the wedding. i got it done on a wednesday & it lasted until Sunday. i told her i wanted more of a glow not a deep dark caribbean tan. I luved it at first & got tons of compliments. unforutantely, when i went to the gym the next night & was sweating it did come off & showed on my sports bra. so i really didn't want to take any chances. i wanted to dance at my wedding & not freak out about it comming off.
I believe you are darkest on the 2nd day & gradually fades.

it will fade. its a bit shocking a few hrs after you get done. but it tones done after your 1st shower.

I had this done almost three years ago and wasnt happy with it at all. I am very pale and i asked for a medim tan and i felt like i looked orange. Everytime i showered for the next week the tan would drip off of me and ruin our towels and make a huge mess. Finally three days into the tan i got into a fight and began to cry and i had lines on my face to where the tears were coming down. My friend on the other hand loved her spray tan. I would reccomend a trial atleast 3 weeks in advance from your wedding. Also i would beceful because i rubbed off slightly staining some white shirts.

Give it more time. THe first day it is always the darkest. If you got it done yesterday by tonight you will see it will look lighter.

I promise you it will fade a litttle by tomorrow. he should have sprayed you 2x for light to medium , but the third day is the best color. if u hate it , exfoliate
* also airbrush tanning is not the same thing as a real, natural tan. when it fades you will spot a little bit, but you should NEVER look orange. If so , they did not mix the solution right. i went to beach bum and i looked like an oopa loopa . thats why i am loyal to brazil.
