Girls that had round tables

Working on table seatings. My hall has 2 size tables 5feet(60 inches) which they say seats 8,9 or 10 people and 6 feet (72 inches) which they say seats 11 or 12. How many guests did you put at your tables? I am ending up with some 6 person tables and am afraid it will look too empty and also so 10 people tables and even though the hall says it fits 10 I am afraid it will be too tight and I want my guests to be comfortable. Any input?
TIA!
