We put it in the hotel fridge, along with the rest of the food we took home.

We were at a Residence Inn and the rooms are all equipped with refrigerators!

We stayed at the Inn @ Fox Hollow and my cake (and other boxes of food and cookies) were in the fridge in our room by the time we got over there!

You are paying alot of money to get married there, and your guests are staying there as well....I'm sure if you asked they'd hold it for you, or make sure you had a fridge in your room. I bet they will be very accomodating.

East Wind has a refrigerator/freezer behind the front desk that you can use. We just had DH's family take it home with them.

we had a small fridge in our room but we gave it to my parents.
