..that invitation lady -- how long did it take to get your new proof after you sent in the proof approval form?
it took me a while because there was a problem with it (she couldn't get the graphic that was originally on it anymore, so her graphic designer had to create a new one). Once it got fixed, I had it in a little less then a week.

It took like 2 months for me, but my wedding is still over a year away so I wasn't in any rush.
just email her and tell her that you want it sooner rather than later. Thats what I did and i had it before the end of the week :)
