Re: Girls using chocolate BM dresses
Im having my girls buy their own gold shoes. i dont want them to all be exactly matching- so im letting them chose their own shoes and just sticking to the same color tone.
ETA Im also having brown BM dresses.

for brown satin you'll probably have to buy dyables and then dye them to match.
But for a brown dress, I'd go with gold or bronze shoes... I think that would look great, and then the girls can wear them again.

Re: Girls using chocolate BM dresses
Have them buy dyeables and then go to a place TOGETHER (if you want them to match) and have them dyed... Payless has the shoes and dyes them for about 45 to 50 total (with dyeing).

All my girls were able to find beautiful chocolate shoes w/o having to dye them. Try DSW, MJM, and Macys. NINA makes several styles that come in chocolate and are beautiful!

My girls had a lot of luck with Nina shoes. They make cutes styles in chocolate brown
Definitely go with the dyables...Sandy's in Massapequa is good. My friend had her BM use them and they were happy. Also look at zappos.com and shoes.com
Both have free/no charge return policies.... Good luck!

if you want to do dyeable shoes, try Craft Shoes in Commack. My BFFs sister works there and we went there to check for shoes for my BFFs wedding, and they had a really good selection of dyeables and im pretty sure they can match any color if you have a swatch.

I am using chocolate too and we are going to MJM and DSW tomorrow so I'll let you know! I've seen tons of shoes around that I think would look great with the dress....I am very against dyable shoes b/c I have seen them run or become streaky and it never looks good...if it happens to rain and thier feet get wet it could be a problem...JMO

I would recommend dyeables. However, all the fall stuff is coming out so you may find a style you like shortly in a brown. If not, why not have everyone where gold of their choice so they can use them again.
