I was filling out the idea inventory thing and it asks about accommodations...i'll want that card but don't have my hotel block done yet....does that matter? do i have to wait til i have all the details before i contact her??

Same here. The most important part is to get the wording of the invitation itself down....the insert cards can come later.

It can wait. The initial design is more important.
I'm actually not doing an accomodation card with her. You get 3 inserts included, so I'm doing reception, response, and directions and including the card I got from the hotel.
