give instructions to your catering hall about how you wanted things set up? Did you just list everything in Word or did you make a spreadsheet checklist or something else? I have a DOC that I want to give a copy to as well. I'm starting to get paranoid that my 'vision' of what the room will look like will not be executed properly...

I don't think it would hurt to give them a list, so they know what your expectations are.

I am in the process of doing this. I tried to organize each box. For example, everything that has to do with the loss of a family member I have boxed together (memory candles, frames). In this box I will draw a diagram of how I would like this set up. I have also taken pictures of everything, so I may include a picture as well...boy do I seem like a bridezilla or what???

We went over it at our last meeting but I also had instructions with the boxes...When I dropped off my items (3 days to the wedding) we went over it again!
