what are you doing for tuxes? Black tux brown vest? what color tie?

I found this dress that we like. But can't decide between the brown and blue (Im getting married in August if that makes a difference)

i spoke to FH and he is TOTALLY against the brown he says he will not (or have his GM) weart a brown vest it will clash. He really likes the dress in blue. So do i so as long as my cousin feels comfortable in it, i'll stick with that one.

I think that first dress is latte. It looks like the color of my MOH dress and mine is latte.

Yeah that was the word I was looking for LATTE . Thats the color I choose. I was thinking a beige suit would clash???

Christine... can i ask you a ? do you have any girls in your BP that are heavier? My cousin is on the heavy side (and on the short side)was it flattering on them (im sure it was if you do and you ordered it)? I want my cousin to be comfortable and dont want her to feel that she looks bad in it.

Yes, My sister is about a 24/26 and my other girls are 6/8. It was the best dress my sister tried on. It hides a multitude of sins. She is about 5'5'- not really short.

Oh thats good to hear!!! I really hope my cousin is comfortable wearing it. Its one of the first dresses i really liked and in the color i wanted.

I am doing that exact dress. My MOH is wearing that color with the brown shrug that they sell @ davids bridal. My bridemaids are getting that dress in truffle (chocolate brown). I think that I am going to do black with some accent of brown - maybe even a brown/black tie. I was thinking of doing brown tuxes but I think it just might be to much brown!!

LOL that is the same dress my BM's are wearing, only in 'truffle' which is the darker, chocolate brown color. I have no clue what to tell my FH to do with their tuxes. My FG's are wearing white and champagne dresses, so I was thinking maybe the guy's tuxes can match the champagne and sort of contrast the BM's dresses? I dunno!!

Both those dresses are gorgeous...in august you really are open to either color...I am doing a mocha jim hjelm satin gown for the BM and the guys will be in black tuxes with an ivory sash...
