i don't think iam...i really havent thoguht about it. I am having a short ceremony probobly be done within 30 min.....just wanted to see what you all were doing..............

We are....I think I am going to have my Godmother do one, and FH is picking one of his aunts I think (he has 2 Godfathers and doesn't think either of them would be into it)....it's a nice way for us to honor them and involve them, so we're doing it

Yep, I'm having readers. There are people we wanted to be a part of our day, and this was a great way to do it.

Its totally up to you, but I think it adds a more personal touch

my priest said we have to have 2 readers.. i didnt think we would be needing them but he said yes. most likely going to ask our moms to do them.

I wanted a quick ceremony but the reverend said dont rush your day and so on so we will have 3 very short readings and should be done in about 45 min.

Two short readings. Our ceremony will only be about a half hour as well.

Well, its a good way to get people involved if you have some friends or family members who arent in the wedding but you'd still like them to do something special. So if you have any ppl that you'd like to honor in SOME way but arent sure how, thats a good place to do it.

we are doing the ceremony at our church, and the only difference is the Liturgy of the Eucharist so all the readings would be the same.
We're asking my brothers to do the two readings, and the priest will do the Gospel(duh)

We asked my one brother, and he said no. but i think he's just being a jerk and will totally do it. I told my daddy on him, so i think he's in trouble if he doesn't
