I am not letting anyone else pick what i am going to be wearing under my dress. I think that is up to the type of person that you have as your maid of honour. Well my maid of honour is my sister. That is why i am going to be picking my own out.

NO ONE else is buying my corset! And whose gonna buy you stockings?
I tried to tell my MOH I don't want a lot of ranchy lingerie for my shower- I have quite a bit anyway. But my fam probably will anyway.

What you wear that day is going to have a lot to do with your dress, you might need a special bra for shaping, and many wedding dresses require fancy slips to help them sit right. This is probably what peole mean by budgeting for undergarments.
I think that the sexier stuff that you wear that night is a different story.

I think you meant for the night of the wedding. In my family the mother of the bride and the bride pick it out together and the mother purchases it.

yeah, my seamstress & my weight will probably decide what goes on under my dress. that's usualy what that means for the budget-corset, crinolines, stockings, etc.
