Girls who blow their hair straight...

What do you use to get it nice and shiny and smooth?

Leave in conditioner. then citri shine. Or this stuff by physique (pomade)

But if it's REALLY humid I do not even bother, the time and damage to my hair.

I have a whole routine.

1st I use Pantene silky smooth shampoo & the intense shine conditioner (it somes in a jar) When I get out of the shower I blot my hair with a towel & then apply Wind down Creme from John Freida (the extra strength formual) Then I wrap my hair back up in the towel. This removes any of the unnecessary product.

Then I blow it straight, Iron it & finish it with either Citre Shine straightening gelee (if it is really humid) or Biosilk shine (drops, not cream or spray). I do bring the biosilk spray with me to work/school if I think it is going to get hot or humid.

Jenny same here, i leave mine wavy/curly..

I use Bed Head Control Freak and whatever serum i buy at the time, john frieda, citr shine etc

Oh. also I begin blow drying with a thermal brush & finish it with an oversized boar's bristle brush... that also helps it get shiny.

I dry it in sections with a flat brush and use either Bed Head Control Freak shampoo or Matrix Sleek Look shampoo...and finish it off with Prive pomade.

I have wavy hair and I'm growing out the layers and I have been ponytailing it or cliping it all summer damp. With winter coming up I didn't kow what to do! Today I scrunched it and it looked alright but then it got all frizzly.

Where can I buy the biosilk? I like the idea of putting the stuff in the hair and wrapping it back up in the towel - will have to try that!

I use Pantene sleek and smooth shampoo and conditioner - it's the only 2 products that don't give me the tangles. I also use their sleek and straight gel. I liked the John Frieda rewind in the pump, but I ran out of it. I never tried Bed head - it doesn't leave the hair too weighed down? I have alot of hair...people think it's thick but it's not it's just alot. So sometimes things weigh it down. I never used a straighening iron on it myself, never thought I'd be able to do it myself.
