so far i really only go real tanning in the summer and thinking about it I notice that I pretty much go out in the sun one day, my skin dries up (face) and I don't get a pimple the rest of the summer....anyone familiar with this? If so ....does fake tanning- in a booth have the same effect?? will it dry out my skin ( in a good way) ??

I don't know about fake tanning but I do real tanning once it gets warmer and I never have any issues with my skin then.

both the sun and uv bulbs will decrease the oils in your skin that cause pimples

im normally brown... so i avoid the sun LOL and i tried spray tan once.... haha i was snookie orange

absolutely 100% When i go a few times a week, my skin is its clearest. I havent been in about 2 weeks, and i am breaking out so bad. I stopped on my way home for this reason exactly!! Its sad that in order to have clear skin i need to give myself cancer

Yes, tanning is totally good for clearing up some minor blemishes. I try not to go that often (We live in FL) but we'll be signing up for a 3 month pacakge before the wedding and going 2x a week or so.

Yes it dries out your skin just like the real sun...BUT i find that when I go fake tanning it makes any imperfections or discolorations in my face amplified x10..so I usually cover my face with a towel

It is my go-to cure for zits! Dries them up and gone the next day with the rest of my face clear with a nice hue :)
