Girls Who got their Gown at Macy's Bridal

Do you remember how long it takes for your gown to come in?

I ordered my dress mid-march so I am sure its not time yet, but I can't remember how long they said. I am just curious when I can expect a call!!

I ordered mine 4/19 and they said 6 months.
but the way she said it I understood that each dress is different. but from what I know from other girls that ordered at Macy's its about 4-7 months.

mine came in 4 months ordered it in April and it came in August. I ordered mine at Herald Square

i went to Herald Sq also....I didn't realize each dress was different...so i guess i can expect it anytime from july to september.

They actually ordered my dress a year early (2007)so they kept it for me until 2008. I only had 2 fittings, the 1st fitting was in September and the last fitting was the 2 weeks before my wedding and I picked it up the week of my wedding since it needed to be pressed and the hem need to be taken up a 1/2 inch. I just needed a hem and cups put into my dress (it was a corset so no need to take it in).

Macys kept it for me in the back and I took it home after i approved the final alterations. They wanted me to come in 3 days before my wedding do pick up my dress by my cousin suggested doing it a week before just in case it needs to be altered more and you're not rushing to get your dress.

I ordered mine on March 7th. First they told me around 6 months...then they told me June. So I'll just wait and see which one it is! I'm guessing its probably 4-6 months.

i ordered it in september and i got 'the call' in december!

oh wow! that was super fast!

I ordered mine in Feb and got it in early June.
