Re: Girls who had AM wedding ;)
I had on BM not even come to my house, she drove herself... so I didn't see her until just before I walked down the aisle. Another drove herself, but came to my house for a little while.
in total, I only had my MOH and 1 BM get ready with me. My SIL (BM) went somewhere else for hair and make up and met at my house.
and the 2 mentioned above (that drove themselves) got their hair and makeup done on their own as well.
And honestly, we started at about 8:00... my ceremony was at 1:00... we got there at 1:03. that was for myself, moh, bm and my mother to get hair and make up.

Re: Girls who had AM wedding ;)
My ceremony was at 11:30AM. It was definatly a big rush getting everyone's hair and makeup done on time AND pictures. We started at 6. We had 3 hairdressers and one makeup person.
I would definatly consider working out a strict timeline. We had our DOC make us one and it really helped keep us on track!

The problem with having the girls get their hair & makeup done on their own is that it's tough to find a salon that's open at that time.
BUT, if you're not requiring that they get hair & makeup done, then they can just do it on their own and meet you at the ceremony site.
I had my girls meet me at 6:30am for hair and makeup to be ready at 8:30 for pictures before the ceremony. you could prob do that too, if you really want your girls to have their hair & makeup professionally done.

That sounds like it will work. Maybe if all of you girls want to get their hair done you can suggest they look for a salon together? Most salons wont open early for one person but if they all go to the same one it might open early for them. You can suggest it to them so they can call around and you dont have to worry!

Re: Girls who had AM wedding ;)
I did 12:30 ceremony. I told my girls to meet at my house dressed and ready by 9:00 to be at the RH by 10 for pics. No one had a problem. I was getting my makeup done and some were fixing hair or touching up their faces. If they know ahead of time then they should be able to find vendors or friends or do things on their own. I wanted to be the only one getting dressed at the RH. I had 5 adults and 2 jr bms. They were perfectly fine with it.

Re: Girls who had AM wedding ;)
I will say that my sister had an AM wedding and told us that we were going to have to find someone to do our hair because her stylist could only do her and her mom and her younger sister (she's my half sister from my father's previous marriage so she has a different mom) and that was a pain. I am speaking from the bridesmaid's point of view because my other sister and I had to ask our local stylist if he would open his salon early (at like 7 or 8 AM which was the earliest he would open) and then we had to rush around to get from yaphank in suffolk to islip on time to take pictures at her mom's house which she wanted us there at like 9AM. We were late and that made her a little mad but it was just a lot more difficult to get things done separately. My advice for you is to find a place that will open up early for all of you and get your hair done together...that's what I ended up doing for my wedding and the morning progressed much more smoothly than my sister's wedding did.
