I have my favors
and then I have a box with:

CH napkins
matchboxes
mints
menus
table numbers
escort cards

How do I explain to the hall what I need so my stuff gets used... I know I should just ask them, but do I need to leave written instructions too?

when i had my final menu appointment and final meeting i told them everything i was bringing and they made notes about it all and where it would be displayed and what not.
then they typed up everything and sent it for my approval so i was able to see that they had everything covered.
