yes you can. you cant wash it for 3 days so by sunday you will be fine!

I wouldn't.
The chlorine can break down the treatment a bit, so especially in the early days I wouldn't risk it, but if you do put conditioner in before you go and rinse with fresh water immediately after.

i read that before going in the pool, you should rinse your hair quickly wiht cold water..it helps it from breaking it down

before going into the pool spray your hair with conditioner (I usually just use frizz-ease conditioner spray or Johnson & Johnson no more tangles) and then as soon as you get out of the pool rinse your hair with cold water.
