Did the vendors and RH contact you to set up final meetings or did you have to contact them? I'm approaching the 2 month mark (on Sunday ) and haven't heard anything from anyone. Should I be freaking out?? Do I need to call them?? I'm starting to feel very overwhelmed...

At this point nothing really happens until about 2 weeks before the wedding and I am sure they will contact you.

Heres the list of people I called about 3 weeks prior to set up appt's for the 2 week mark:
DJ Church/Officiant Limo
Heres the list of people who called me about 2 weeks-1 week before:
Limo called again to confirm times once more Florist to confirm table count and final details
The RH sent me a letter as a reminder of my day to call with a head count and day of final appt which was the Monday before my Saturday wedding. When I met with them about 2 months before the wedding I set the day to call up and the final appt up at THAT time. And even for that appt (2 months prior to go over menu/cake/linens) they sent me a letter asking me to call to set up an appt.

I just got a letter today to set up the final meeting. I passed the 2 month mark this past weekend. My guess would be that they send out the letters at the two month mark so I would give it a few days and if you don't get anything call them.

The RH, photographer and DJ contacted us. Our limos still have not contacted us. We have to call the florist when we have the final count for tables to let him know how many centerpieces we need. If you are nervous just give the vendors a call.

My RH called me and i already sent my photographer my must take list and timeline on my own. No one else has contacted me.

My girlfriend is getting married on 8/28 and she has created a wonderful timeline, with the help of the LIW timeline. Create your own checklist of vendors to call and be sure to double check yourself and not leave anyone off! Good Luck!
