Girls who have lost a significant amount of weight...
Do you tend to get very uncomfortable of how loose your skin is?
I've lost way over 50 lbs in the last few years, and everyone is always saying how 'Tiny' I am... etc... And although at times I do see it, I sometimes feel like they dont see what I see... Its almost as though the skin is a memory if what I usd to be and it wont go away...
Anyone else in the same boat as me that would like to ease my stupidity?

No...I'm in the same boat... sorta LOL. I lost weight verry slowly using weights so it's really my upper arms that I hate. lol. Usually doing some weight exercises may help..I'm not too sure. I lost about 40lbs all togeher so far... but back in HS is when I lost like 80lbs dramatically...and my skin was gross...at least to me. So I just did tons of exercising... Other people may not notice it but you al prolly beating yourself up like I do... Sorry..I'm not much help...

Re: Girls who have lost a significant amount of weight...
I lost almost 40 pounds about 2 years ago and it took about 1 1/2-2 years to lose it. When I look in the mirror sometimes I feel that my breasts have suffered the most damage. I went from a 36DD to a 32C so I've definitely noticed a difference as far as that goes. I hate the way that they look. I know it's TMI but I feel like I need a breast lift or some kind of surgery because I'm self conscious about them. The way that I look at it is we are our own worst enemies. We look at ourselves everyday in the mirror and critique our bodies. To others we look great. I think that it's just mental. I know how you feel though!

I think its mostly that my stomach is soooo loose... and I mean... I can pull the skin! like literally pull it.. a good 4 inches out!
I run, bike, and work out and it doesn't make it tighter... I just feel like, at times, that surgery is the only option to get rid of it...

I lost 80lbs almost 11 years ago, and the skin didn't improve on its own. I exercised like a maniac, but my stomach was still loose. I had surgery.
I would like to get my boobs done next, but am scared to have implants.

Re: Girls who have lost a significant amount of weight...
I have lost a significant amount of weight 6 times. The end result is that by boobs look like hanging speed bags the boxers use to train. I have no advice to offer. Thankfully, the bonus to gaining the weight back AGAIN is that they have sort of re-inflated, but they're not the same.
If you are so unhappy with the excess skin, and a doctor tells you it won't be fixed by exercise, then go for the surgery! It's A LOT of work to lose weight. It's a shame to not be thrilled with the results. After all the work, you deserve to feel GREAT!!
ps. -TIP- Start now by telling your doctor that the excess skin is severely irritating. Complain multiple times. Eventually, bring it up, and mention you can't stand the irritation any more. My FSIL just had a tummy tuck paid for by insurance because of this. She was having another operation at the time (hernia repair), so maybe because she was already under the anaesthesia, they figured, what's another operation. So I don't know if they do it regularly. But it was covered because she had complained. **NOTE- NOT ENDORSING INSURANCE FRAUD. ONLY DO IF YOU ARE REALLY IRRITATED BY THE EXCESS SKIN.**

I definitely feel your pain. Especially in my thighs and arms. It just won't get toned, no matter what I do.
