When I spoke to my vendors they basically told me that if I paid in cash then they would waive the tax. The only exception was the DJ in which we were not getting charged tax anyway since they are only providing a service and not goods. BUT no one ever told me they would waive the tax because I live in NJ... hmmm, please let me know!!!
