How much was shipping approximately?
I went to AC Moore earlier and bought a bag of almonds with a 50% off coupon, and used a chocolate covered cherry i had at home that's about the same size as the Lindt truffles, and did a test-organza bag, and lo and behold, they all fit fine! Woot! So now I can go forward as planned with my 5 almonds/truffle baggies and I don't have to return these mini baggies to Oriental Trading.
So Economy Candy has the best price per pound of almonds, but BUT AC Moore is cheaper when they have a coupon, and no shipping. I'd rather not go by a bag a week for 7 weeks (I'll need about 700 almonds total I'm figuring), and AC Moore is close to my house, but far enough away that it'd be a pain to have to go there multiple times. I'd rather order them all in one shot online, but I don't want to pay 20 bucks in shipping or something stupid either.
And going in to the city to pick them up isn't really a feasible option for me either.
